The Brass Monkey Gig.....Mississippi Shakedown

Hi yu' all....

Some great news, our friends from the Rockin' little Blues outfit "Quasimodo" have asked us to play with them @ that great little gig in Cronulla, The Brass Monkey.

It's a good vibe place and we've actually been there twice in the last 2 weeks to see Misipi Wayne's son Joel Leffler and the legendary Van Dyke Parks.

Other great news, is that we're back @ The Woronora RSL in a couple of weeks... they love us there and we love them!!

MORE good news.. our friends from that rather large band from Sydney The Bellhops, have covered the song "Saturday Night" from our first CD, on their latest LIVE CD, which was also mixed by Misipi Jeff.

That makes 2 covers of a Misipi song, the other being "I Haven't Got A Hold Of The Bottle" by The Wolverines .

Jeff did an interview for A1 Blues, out of St Louis, the home of Chuck berry, who still plays the local club once a month..!!
